SLIB, partner of L’AGEFI Séminaires "General Meetings 2012"

During this annual conference organized by l'Agefi Séminaires in Paris, a panel of experts will debate on topics related to General Meetings. What are the latest regulatory changes for a better supervision of GMs*? What are the challenges to be met during the preparation of a meeting in order to mobilize a maximum number of shareholders, especially minority shareholders? What are the main trends issued from the 2011 GM season?
SLIB is invited, this year again, to participate in the debates.
The 2nd roundtable will focus on the 2012 challenges when preparing a GM to mobilize all the shareholders. During this debate, Mr. Philippe Cognet, CEO of SLIB, will present Votaccess, the innovative electronic voting platform, developed by SLIB on the AFTI's ** initiative.
Since early November 2011, Votaccess has been operational. Prominent issuers among the CAC40 companies already decided to enable their shareholders to vote on-line prior to their 2012 GM by using Votaccess. Mr. Cognet will explain how Votaccess operates and how it improves the dialogue with the shareholders by simplifying and optimizing the processes of correspondence voting, in a secure way.
This conference will take place on Thursday, March 29th, 2012, from 5:00 pm till 7:30 pm, at the Capital 8 - 75008 Paris.
