PUBLICATION OF THE GENDER EQUALITY INDEX


What does this index consist of?

The professional equality index is calculated based on 4 to 5 indicators (depending on the size of the company).

It provides a score out of 100 points.

Each company obtains, at minimum, a score of 75/100.

  • The scope analyzed includes 114 employees
  • The reference period selected is the calendar year, from January 1 to December 31, 2025
  • The calculations for the pay gap indicator were carried out according to the classification levels of the Syntec collective agreement
  • All 4 indicators were able to be calculated, and the result corresponds to the sum of the points obtained for each of them

For the year 2025, the index amounts to 89 points.

It was determined based on the following 4 measurement indicators:

  • The gender pay gap (34 points out of 40)
  • The gap in annual salary increases (35 points out of 35)
  • Salary increases upon return from maternity leave (15 points out of 15)
  • The presence of women among the highest salaries in the company (5 points out of 10)
